Where are the Jobs coming from? Knowledge/science based industries or the expansion of Luton airport
Sustainable Design New houses will have to deal with the changes in climate change and the rise in costs of water and heating. It would be possible to build wonderful communities with energy efficient homes using local green power sources such as solar panels and windmills, areas generating scarcely any carbon emissions, with local shops and wonderful green places for children to play. This could be a real blueprint for the future, but there is no commitment to do this.
